KARACHI, october 3: Usmanabaf Union district South picked up a 2-0 win over Young Haqqani district west in the 4rth match of All karachi Abdul Waheed Memorial 5 Star football tournament 2018 here on yesteray at Noorani Eidgah Ground New karachi here on tuesday.
The match between the both sides remained equal 0-0 in the first half,while the hosts’ first goal coming in the 41th minute of the match when striker Mukhtar who made no mistake in netting the ball from close quarters.
Young Haqain’s goalkeeper, who seemed to be the only player in that outfit defending Usmanabad Union’s constant attacks, couldn’t do much to save the sure shot.
The second goal for Usmanabad Union also came in the 2nd half, in the 55th minute; when the hero of the winner striker Mukhtar scored second goal with powerful shot from the far right siden.
The 2-0 score was remain till the final movement, the game in both 30-minute halves continued mostly in Youn Haqqani’s half with Usmanabad Union on constant attack.
After watching the performance of both sides, International footballer Muhammad Saleem Patni commented that “It was really a one-sided affair where Usmanabad Union should have scored more goals but they need to work more on their finishing and shooting”, a message there for the winning team’s.
The match were supervised by Referees Noor Alam, Abdur Rouf Baloch, Babar, Official Scorer Arsalan and Match Commissioners Abdul Kareem.
