KARACHI: Muhammad Arif’s solitary goal enabled Strong team of District South Phool Patti Star (PPS) to reached in the next Round when they snatched a 1-0 win against one of the best side of district west Lasbela Student ( LS) in All Karachi Abdul Waheed Memorial 5 Star Football tournament here at the Noorani Eidgha Ground on Saturday.
Arif hit the winner in the 2nd minute was second fastist goal of the event in the hard-fought contest, which was witnessed by a big crowd, at half time match was 1-0 in favour of winner Phool Patti Star.
The Chief guest Muhammad Waqas (Misri Thrade) were introduces with both team Players while, President hos Hussaini FC Muhammad Sabir Khatri Irshadi, Secretary Hussaini FC Muhammad Hasan Ghanch, vice ptesident DFA Central Muhammad Akif Khan, Secretary DFA Central and International Muhammad Saleem Patnj, tournament Sectetary Muhammad Sadiq Khatri, Secretary DFA Shaheed Benazeer abad Master Riasat, Zafar Baba ( Amman Sports) Muhammad Shakeel, Zakir Khatri, Muhammad Tahir, Abdul Kareem Joji,Shahid Tao,Umer Khatri, Muhammad Adnan Sabir Khatri, Ghani Handa,Muhammad Anwar, Faqeer Muhammad,Muhammad Aralan, Kashan and Imran also present.
Lasbela Student were Also played excellent game but could have levelled the score in the second half the winner’s keeper Nawaz made a superb save.
Muhammad Saleem Patni the Ex International footballer saw the match and he said no doubt it was a tough game as the Lasbela Student was played well while they created a couple of chances but due to poor finishing was not successful, while the winner got one chance and made the most of it.

The matches were supervised referees Babar Naseem, Abdur Rouf Baloch and Abid Hussain while Abdul Kareem was the match commissioner.
