KARACHI:(Sports Reporter) A plundered a blazing century as host Shalimar CC annihilated Al Amir Colts CC by 94 runs in the 3rd Champions Trophy T-20 Cricket tournament here on yesterday.
Batting first at the Al- Mansoora Ground Gulberg, Shalimar CC made a big total of 208 for the loss of three wickets in stipluted 20 ovets through Man of the Match opener Ahmer Bin Nasir 118 from only 62 deliveries. He slammed 15 boundaries and five sixes, Hamza Mohsin contributed 38 off 32 balls with four fours and Hassan Javaid made unbeaten 22 off 19 balls with two fours. Muhammad took 2-31.
In reply Al Amir Colts CC were bundled out 118 in 18 overs. Habibullah scored 26 off15 balls with four fours and as six, Abdullah Khan made 26 off 21 balls with one four and one six,
Off spinner Anas Javaid grabbed three wickets for just nine, while Bilal Manzoor captured thee wickets for sixteen runs with his slow left-armers and off breaker Ahmed Abdul Malik took two wickets for 29 runs.
