National Amateur Corporate T20 Cup 2019-20 ends in Islamabad

The first edition of National Amateur Corporate T20 Cup 2019-20 Islamabad came to an exciting end on Sunday 19th January with Eagle Stars bagging the trophy. The action packed finale was played between Eagle Star and Vetran Boys at the Marghzar Cricket Ground. The tournament started in October with 20 best corporate teams competing for the trophy.

Sportsfever360 successfully executed the tournament in three main cricket crazy cities of Pakistan. Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi witnessed the finest corporate tournament in these four months. Colored kits, white ball and broadcast of knock-out stage were some of the key features of NAC which made this tournament superior to others.

The final was a bit one sided one where Eagle Star outclassed Vetran Boys in every department. Vetran Boys decided to field first and Eagle Star completely capitalized this opportunity and went on to score a mammoth 176 runs total which turned out to be a difficult one for Vetran Boys to chase. Danish with his 67 runs knock put up a fight back but could not take his team to the trophy. Vetran Boys only managed to score 154 runs and lost the match by 22 runs.

Final was live streamed on Sportsfever360’s Facebook page.

President of National Press Club Mr. Shakeel Qarrar graced the finale with his presence at the ground. Alongside him some other eminent members of the National Press Club enjoyed the match. Some prominent journalists with the likes of Nazar Abbas were also present to witness the much anticipated clash.
